Drive Out Hunger!

It's time to retire our 2006 Ford Econoline (Mileage: 189,565). While it does a great job for quick, small trips, it doesn't match our needs. Its primary limitation is size: it can carry only 2,850 pounds and cannot accommodate pallets taller than half-height. The low interior ceiling requires volunteers to work in a crouched position, which is ergonomically challenging. It is not adequate for pallet-based food pickups, particularly of produce and dairy...something we are seeing often! We'll designate your donation to getting a new van.
